Shipping Information
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail or DPD on a fully tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from us to you.

Order Processing
We aim to fulfil all orders within 5 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch email with your tracking details.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of £60 or more. This is applied automatically at checkout.

UK Delivery
Royal Mail and DPD provide reliable delivery across the UK. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on the service used.

Europe
Tracked delivery across Europe is available at checkout. Delivery times will vary by destination but typically take between 4 and 7 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide
We offer tracked international delivery to most countries. Worldwide delivery usually takes between 7 and 14 working days after dispatch, depending on location and local customs processes.

Tracking
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs charges or import duties. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Your local courier or postal service will contact you directly if any fees are due.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point.

Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to refund parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
